Missing items

If you received your order missing one or two items, please do not worries, it may be split into two orders. The tracking information will be emailed to you once it's shipped. You can contact us via the website online chat to check this.

(cs@olightstore.com)Provide them with your order information, including the order number, and the model of the missing items. Additionally, if possible, attach a photo of the parcel showing the condition of the package upon arrival.
