Order says delivered but didn't receive

We’re sorry to hear that you didn't receive your parcel. Could you ask your neighbors or caretakers or family members if they picked up your package? Or could you check your mailbox to see if your package is in it? And you could also ask USPS/FedEx if the package is there or where it has delivered your package. If USPS is unable to locate the package and it was not signed for by a neighbor, please contact our customer support team. (cs@olightstore.com)We'd be glad to resend your order. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the lost package if you prefer. Please advise.
