Order still shows awaiting payment/canceled but the money was taken from my account.

We apologize for any confusion caused. Please log in to your account and review your order history to verify if there are multiple orders generated. Check the payment status of each order. If there are multiple orders and any of them have not been paid within the specified time frame, it is possible that the system automatically cancels those unpaid orders.
