Q: How can I confirm if your light fits my Gug?

If you have a rail with approximately 1.57 inches of clearance between the trigger guard and the rail slot, the lights will fit. However, some brands are not the standard rail size so we cannot guarantee a perfect match. If the light does not end up fitting, our return policy permits customers to return products within thirty (30) days of purchase.

As for the Odin series, we suggest that you can use them on a rifle or long shotgun, for the best fit.

Q: Why is there smoke on the lens after shooting?

A:  It's common for a gun to light. Google or YouTube search and you'll see people apply chapstick to the lens before shooting to remedy this situation. Other than that, we suggest you try to use a pencil eraser. This is carbon buildup so any good gun cleaner will clear it right up with a soft cloth. If it still doesn't work, please contact our customer service.

Q: How to adjust the laser to zero?

A: As for the Baldr series or Valkyrie series, you could use the included hex wrench to rotate the adjustment screws on the side of the light to calibrate the vertical or horizontal angle of the green beam, and finally sight in the green beam for accurate use. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Q: Cannot close the battery door of Baldr Pro.

A:  Please confirm the size of the battery first, the Baldr Pro uses a CR123A battery sized within 34.12mm, if longer than this size the latch will not close all the way. Our engineers tested other brands' CR 123A and unfortunately, some brands fit and others don't. We always recommend using Olight's batteries for the best function and fit.
